- For bookings made before August 31, 2024, pilgrims are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of booking. Refunds will be processed after a deduction of 25% of the booking amount.
- For bookings made between September 1, 2024, and November 30, 2024, pilgrims are eligible for a refund within 15 days from the date of booking. Refunds will be processed after a deduction of 40% of the booking amount.
- For bookings made between November 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, pilgrims are eligible for a refund within 3 days from the date of booking. Refunds will be processed after a deduction of 75% of the booking amount.

- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of the refund request.
- The refunded amount will be transferred to the original source of payment.
- Any inquiries about the credit can be raised only after the stipulated time period.
Cancellation after Refund Period
Cancellations made after the specified refund period will not be eligible for a refund, and the full booking amount will be retained by the organizer.
Extension of Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy specified above is valid until December 31, 2024. No refunds will be issued beyond this date.
