Booking and Payment:
- All bookings for Kumbh and Mahakumbh pilgrimage services are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the package and terms
agreed upon.
- Payment methods accepted may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other forms of electronic
payment.

Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the package and terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy outlined
in the booking terms.
- Any cancellation fees or charges incurred will be the responsibility of the pilgrim and deducted from the
refund amount, if applicable.

Travel Documents and Insurance:
- Pilgrims are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid travel documents, including passports,
visas, permits, and any other required documentation.
- It is strongly recommended that pilgrims obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as
trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings.

Health and Safety:
- Pilgrims are advised to consult with their healthcare provider regarding any necessary vaccinations or
health precautions before traveling to the Kumbh and Mahakumbh.
- While organizers will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of pilgrims,
participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the pilgrimage.

Accommodation and Facilities:
- Accommodation provided as part of the pilgrimage services is subject to availability and may vary in
quality and amenities.
- Pilgrims are responsible for adhering to any rules or guidelines set forth by the accommodation providers
and organizers during their stay.

Code of Conduct:
- Pilgrims are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times during the
pilgrimage.
- Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct towards fellow pilgrims, organizers, or locals
will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the pilgrimage without refund.

Liability and Indemnity:
- While every effort will be made to ensure the smooth operation of the pilgrimage services, organizers
shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience incurred by pilgrims during the
pilgrimage.
- Pilgrims participate in the pilgrimage at their own risk and agree to indemnify the organizers against any
claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their participation.

Changes and Amendments:
- Organizers reserve the right to make changes or amendments to the itinerary, accommodation, or other
aspects of the pilgrimage services if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their
control.
- Pilgrims will be notified of any significant changes or amendments to their booking as soon as possible,
and reasonable efforts will be made to minimize disruption.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any
disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar, India.

Acceptance of Terms:
- By booking and participating in the Kumbh and Mahakumbh pilgrimage services, pilgrims acknowledge that
they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

which manages the Kumbh Bharat operation and is a unit of ALTK India Pvt Ltd.
